- Summary:
- Small photograph of a man sitting on a gun wagon. The photograph, taken in 1915-1916, is part of a collection of photographs belonging to Alfred Galbraith. Sapper Galbraith trained at Broadmeadows Camp in Melbourne before embarking for Egypt in November in 1915. He served in Egypt with the 2nd and 5th Division from December 1915 to June 1916, when the 5th Division sailed to France. He died in France on 15 July 1916.
